There were no restaurants In the Hotel not even a café. the breakfast every morning was eggs that were runny and bacon or sausage. They did have a nice selection of breads and bagels, but no fruit was offered. the towels for the pool and the Beach were threadbare and stained. Drinks were very expensive and if you wanted to fill up your water Container you could only do it when they had the juice water machine plugged in for breakfast in the morning otherwise you’d have to go to the bar and wait for the bartender. Overall, the staff was decent and the room was nice And we were just steps from the beach, which was nice and the pool overlooks the beach, which is also nice We booked our room through Expedia for an oceanfront king bed and the receipt said that, but when we got there, we did not have an oceanfront. We overlooked a street and we were told the only way to get an oceanfront is you have to call the hotel directly and nowhere on Expedia’s website did it state that.

The location is awesome being right on the beach. The hotel is new and modern and very clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and pillows too soft, but room was great. View from balcony wasn’t great being across from 7/11 so ask for a beach/pool view!

The hotel was very nice, beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was great. Walking distance to all local shops and restaurants. they were in the process of updating several things and one of the elevators was down during our visit. The parking garage is under the building and a little bit of a walk to the rooms,so we didn't use the car the whole time we were there. Our room was very nice. the beds were comfortable. over all we had a nice stay.

Elevators(2 out 3 didn’t work often or at all). Room smelled musty. Carpeting I’m in common areas were stained. The breakfast was very basic. The pool was the size of a home pool with 50 plus people trying to use it. Pool deck very small too. Location was everything for this hotel. Not worth the price .

$20.00 a day to park on site!!! I thought we were getting a good deal until this was discovered. There’s no real way to park anywhere else as Flagler has limited parking. Other than that it was clean, great location, and spacious.

I used to live in New Smyrna Beach so I know the town well. Our annual beach weekend office party had us staying at the SpringHill Suites this year. We paid almost $400 per night to stay and mostly it was for convenience. Garage parking & elevators provide easy access to unload baggage/ get up to room. Upon entering the floor of our room you could feel the mustiness & when we entered our room it was humid and musty. The a/c return on the wall was FILTHY! I brought paper towels with me (after reading other reviews about the lack of towels provided) and I wiped it down three times which barely made a dent. It wouldn’t have been such an issue if not for the fact it’s right next to the bed & the dust is so in your face. Yes, the a/c is LOUD! Bring earplugs to sleep. Next the barn door bathroom door was broken. The lock absolutely didn't work/lineup & the big handle in the door was only screwed in on the bottom. So when you grab the handle to slide the door, it’s dangling down. The toilet is not made for a hotel as it never filled up after flushing. We had to constantly jiggle the handle or take the lid off to play with it to get it to fill with water. The balcony was dirty. I don’t think anyone ever cleans the balcony. Floor was full of dirt, slider door frame was filthy and so were railings. I didn’t want to stand on it bare footed. No house keeping over two night stay. Pool is full of kids but beach is steps away. Of course dining, shopping & nightlife abound.

connection from beach to the pool area then front desk, easy access to the room. Perfect!!!!!
