The bed was hard. The dryer took forever to dry when you’re in the pool. There’s a dirty ring around the pool. Can you charge all kinds of additional charges? It’s hard for a family to go away and have a good time.

Excellent resort - fun for the family!
We've stayed at this resort many times and keep coming back. It's directly on the beach and one of the few hotels in the area with a lazy river. It's clean with many things to do, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They provide many of the amenities. There are convenient laundry facilities including some inside the room. We always have a wonderful time here!

We would go back!
We had a queen suite for a 3 night stay. Bathroom and closet were small but rest of room was spacious. Looks like furniture was recently replaced. Staff were awesome. No housekeeping but easy to have towels exchanged which was all we needed. Great location on beach. Nice pool.

Our room had the odor of cigarette smoke and the front desk tried their best by offering a spray through housekeeping as there were no other comparable rooms for transfer. It was still noticeable however a thank you to India for her professionalism and doing her best to accommodate our party.
