Wow, this place was better than expected. The staff was awesome here. We weren't happy with our original room assignment so they put us in another room with a superb ocean view which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with super plush towels.The inhouse breakfast was convenient and really good. Two thumbs up! We are looking forward to our next stay.

The ice machine didn't work. The snack machine didn't work properly. The ice cream machine was empty and shut off. The patio door didn't lock and came off the track. All fairly minor things until added together and I'm paying well over $300 a night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was older but it was clean. The outdoor pool was closed the entirety of our stay but my children enjoyed the indoor pool. The indoor pool room was old, hot and humid and I didn’t like the aesthetic with the pipes being shown over our heads, dripping water and the overall gloominess of the pool room. Free breakfast or coffee wasn’t offered but the cafe was cute and the food was just okay. I would stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice hotel.

The staff were really nice, but we had to change rooms a few times because they weren't clean. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and the rooms and hallways flooded, which was really annoying. I'm surprised they didn't know about the leak or, if they did, that they still charged us full price.

There was no tiki bar as advertised. Beach access and pools were great. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. The onsite restaurant was only open part of the day and closed on Mondays.
