Save your money and book elsewhere. Stayed here 6 nights recently and had to be moved through 3 different rooms. First 2 rooms both on second floor had equal issues. Bathrooms were dirty & scummy, first room, any keys the front desk made would not let us into the room, second room tv got so hot and didn’t work that it felt like it was going to blow , stains on furniture and pillows. Broken ceiling fan and lights didn’t work on the balcony nor did the ice maker work & maintenance said they couldn’t do anything about it . Bunch of hidden fees. 17 dollars for parking per night & a 150 deposit. $30 for HOUSEKEEPING when the rooms are barely cleaned to begin with are crazy. Then a 30 dollar check out fee for reservations booked through a 3rd party to begin with. With the rates that are charged cleaning should be included. At checkout the parking came to almost $19 a night. Worst experience ever & nothing was done to rectify it.

When I arrived, they asked me to swipe my card and charge $100. The attendant said that the amount would be returned to the card, unless something had broken, in which case that amount would be deducted from the $100. The next day, I checked out with Gabriel. I asked Gabriel if I would be charged, because I used a plate and a glass and didn't have time to wash them. I also said that I left the empty bag of potatoes inside the grocery bag that I ordered with the sandwich. Gabriel assured me that I would not be charged. Today, August 16, 2024, I see that the hotel is charging me $52.09. I will call the hotel to find out why, because there is no reason to charge me that amount. I didn't order anything from the hotel restaurant, and there was nothing broken in the room. I had to pay $17 for parking to get a permit. I paid at the time with another card. There is nothing that justifies taking that amount away. If they don't fix this, I see it as bad faith and will dispute that amount on the card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!!!

They always charge you extra hidden fees after you finish and you leave. The next day they charge you more. Supposedly they should only charge you 30 for cleaning. That's the trick. They force you to pay 30 at the hotel with them and then they keep 100 from your card. The next day they charged me 70. I don't know what 30 should be for. They are thieves. Be careful, family.

No food or drinks were available until after 4. They did not advertise that the pool bar was not open at all. Please was practically empty but they sandwiched us in a room with two neighbors that were very noisy. Had planned to stay and not have to driver anywhere but had to leave in order to get dinner. Charged an extra cleaning fee that I was not aware of.

Bad service
We arrived early at 1pm and even though we understand room was not ready due to our early arrival, we were told to come back at 4 for checkin. When we came back , room was not ready and had to wait in recepction for more than 45 minutes. We requested sofa bed and it was not made, we had to order linen and after 2 hours it arrived, we had to make bed and sleep on the floor since sofa bed was damaged. We stayed for a whole week and rooms were not cleaned any day.
