Room was extremely small and directly connected to another room with a door in between. So other guest also gets disturbed. Not suitable to stay in such rooms if having kid.

Ideal location for city or county business and for the arts nearby (MOCA, Broad, Music Center. Excellent transit access. The location is noisy. The accommodations were basic and clean.

I appreciated the ability for a very late check in after our train was late. The 8am construction and hammering in the room below us made it impossible to sleep though. When I asked about the lack of hot water someone immediately came to help and it turned out I just need to let the water run because there weren't many guests. If that was the case, why did you give us a room in the only wing that had construction going on? The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but now I know to ask about construction going on.

Had the privacy sign at the door but got a knock from housekeeping at 7am, 9am, and 10:30am when checkout was at 11am. I called front desk to explain what was happening and someone with a horrible attitude and verbatim said” are u sure it was 3 knocks and hung up in my face.” She called back and then said “okay do you want to check out at 1pm” we responded yes thats fine. At 12:30 received a phone call from her saying ur check out was at 12. So very confused. The people in the other rooms were so loud playing loud music very late at night. You can hear everything. Bed was very uncomfortable and outdated. For an expensive priced room i think the hotel can do better than dial soap and shampoo.

Great spot!
Grea location! Excellent hotel: clean, well-equipped, comfortable. Mattress a tad bit firm but doable. No recycling visible on premises. When asked, staff said.no recycling.

Loved that i didn't have to park my own car. Right down the street was an all night market/restaurants with many different types of food to choose from. I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a rug to walk on.
