Half of the building's electricity is out so theres no breakfast available. I was told before booking a shuttle from MIA was available to find out when I landed there was no shuttle and I had to pay for an Uber. I wasbt told there was a fee for the shuttle to the cruise port when I called either. I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and staff is very accommodating. The restaurant on site had excellent food and there was a nice bar downstairs to unwind at night and watch sports. The only downside was the pool was not open due to an issue with the city, but they allowed us to use the property directly behind the hotels pool which was along the bay and had beautiful views.

I stayed here with my family and it was really good. Staffs are very courteous. I liked the most was dinning option. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance so could not avail that facility. One advise is that TV in all rooms should be upgraded to have at least apps like Netflix,YouTube.The one in my room was basic and not having any app.Although when I called in night I was given option to change room.
