Check in process was Decent, room was just ok for 1 night. Hotel looks much different than the picture online. Maintenance had to be called twice for the toilet not flushing. Upside was that it was in walking distance to outdoor shopping and close to Miami port.

This property does exact what it’s supposed to do: provide y with a place to lay your head before your cruise. That’s also the problem because the entire cruise stays here. The sheets were dirty, the carpet smelled.

It was clean and smelled really nice in the lobby. Conveniently located so getting to shopping, food and port was very easy.

Property is great and nice but I didn’t give an excellent review because 2 of the male staff at the front desk in the night were not helpful and friendly. and there was no swimming pool

The rooms we stayed in smelled like Mole, and the filters all needed to be changed. We are allergy sufferers and we sneezed all night. The bathroom were pretty decent, but the filters were disgusting. The people at the front desk were very professional.

The overall was good, I arrive earlier than 3:00 PM chech in so they did not had my room ready, but offered me to keep my luggage and we got for lunch. The rooms were comfortable (party of 5), but the checkout experience was not so good, they knock our door a couple of times (I’ve never experienced that before). One more thing is to improve AC at the Lobby.

The property was great as far as location! There is a lot to do, shopping, restaurants, and the view is nice. As far as cleanliness goes, the carpets were stained, the room was very much out of date, and stunk of a strong odor. Personally that outweighs the location for me so I would definitely not stay there again and do not recommend.

Horrible experience, bathroom was old and rusty. Needed some extra towels but I couldn’t get any because they don’t have a housekeeper who works at night, so I had to wait till 8 in the morning to get some fresh towels.

The room was clean, but dated. There ia no aifn telling you its the hotel. The packing is hard to find and $55 with all fees. The air conditioning dis not work. It was clean, mostly comfortable. Wouls not stay more than one night at a time
