We got a water front view and it was definitely worth it! The balcony was spacious, they had a complimentary yoga mat, robes, and even an umbrella in the room. The pool area was incredible, the bar staff were friendly and efficient. There were day beds and cabanas available for us to relax! Thank you EPIC

It’s an okey hotel.
It’s a clean and comfortable hotel. I didn’t find the staff friendly. Parking valet takes forever and zero interest from customer service side. The manager is the only person that is helpful. One of the days i returned to my room to find a microwave in the room.. I called to ask why there was a microwave in my room, and the answer i got is that the hotel does not have microwaves for guests.. hold and behold, there was one in my room taking space of the table.. they came to remove it.. Checking out, zero interest from the front desk to ask if i had a pleasant stay or not.. I cant say its a hotel that is inviting.. Front desk staff seems very untrained even towards the restaurant hours and services that are provided.
