Front desk staffs were helpful, room was clean, bed very comfortable however the drainage in the bathtub was running a bit slow, it needs to be checked and fixed. Hotel is only steps away to two Metromover( the above ground small trains) stations which is very convenient if you need to take public transportation. They served the same breakfast items every morning l wish there were more varieties especially the choice of fruits. Overall, l enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn and Suite Brickell/Port of Miami.

This place only had one elevator for 16 floors. I asked for water to fill my cup before I left and the staff said “ legally we only have to provide water from 1pm-9pm…. This was after I paid for a night stay and valet parking…. Come on…

Travelling with my niece we were looked after over our 3 night stay. Walkable distance to Bayside Marketplace with a Metromover next door. Reasonable included breakfast. Enormous room (2 x Queen). You can’t check in before 3 pm but good baggage storage. Shout out to Harvey (Reception) who helped us out numerous times always with a smile even when it was my mistake he was fixing. Recommend to stay. I’ll likely be back in 3 weeks.
