I felt like the pictures that I saw online were not as nice as when I was there in person. The rooms are a retro yellow colour and there was not alot of toiletries . Things need to be more up to date. The pool was average . We stayed 1 night then left because for a down town hotel we felt it wasn’t to our standers. The staff were nice enough however nothing was complementary . No valet parking, no free towels nothing.

I stayed at this property as a disabled person in hopes that I could use the shuttle. That was not the case. There are adjoining rooms which makes the property so incredibly loud. The room they gave my daughter before I got there was filthy we had to ask for another room. Would not recommend.

Overall a very good experience. There are some maintenance items - one of the elevators had a few issues. They had a complimentary shuttle service to most places in Tampa and the drivers were great!!
