Lovely property in a quiet atea of town handy to shops and the central city. Loved the choice of outdoor areas and the city lights. The welcome we recieved set the tone for our stay and we would definitely recommend this property! As a keen gardner, the beautiful setting was a bonus!

A stunning stay and beautiful home
This was one of the most beautiful abodes I have stayed in years. The decor was stylish and comfortable, the furnishings and accessories elevated our entire experience, and the views and garden space were fantastic. The photos sint prepare us for how well situated and equipped Sandra's house was. Every moment of our stay was restful, convenienced by every thoughtful addition our host had defided to contribute. When we next return to Dunedin we will certainly be looking to rebook. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Character cottage that has been renovated with charm and modern appeal. Very well appointed in kitchen and bathroom. Central city location and very quiet. Cosy Home away from Home
This property is everything it claimed to be ! The views and the charm made it a pleasant place to stay for the 4 nights we were in Dunedin. The bottle of wine Sandra left and the notes were a lovely touch. There was cereals, pasta and many more food ingredients if you wanted to self cater and had forgotten something. Parking the car on the road was no hassle as there was always space. Be aware though that if you have heavy bags the steep path could cause issues getting down and up from the house The main downstairs bed was a double we believed but was very comfortable - we have a king at home and had just come from accommodation with one also so was a bit snuggly. It was fine in winter but I imagine if you are used a bit more room in summer it is something to be aware of. It doesn't lack for anything and the out door spaces would be magic in the summer firing up the BBQ. Thanks for your hospitality Sandra and hopefully we will return in the future to enjoy your home and see the new kitchen :)

A Chic Cottage at the City's Edge
It was very nice to stay at a place that had such a coherent vibe to it, and clearly had been carefully curated and renovated. The views from the kitchen were great, and there were many thoughtful, homely gestures to make the stay comfortable. There are a number of staple food items and thing left by other visitors should you need them - we didn't. There is a fire which is a real drawcard in Dunedin, but perhaps ensure in advance that there will be firewood for your stay as not everyone enjoys heat pumps. We managed fine, and would definitely stay again.
