Everyone loves the Sun Porch - Sea Lion Surf

Sea Lion Surf is a fully furnished Three Bedroom, 1 bath, 1200 square foot beach view rental just 100 feet from the beach, in Florence Oregon! This is the quintessential beach house. It started it's life as a top of the line single wide circa 1965. Sometime in the 80's someone built a structure over the whole place, which doubled its square footage, and made it extremely quiet. This gave it a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms,1 small bedroom and a gorgeous glass sun porch.

This home has been comfortably decorated as a tropical paradise. With light and airy rattan & wicker, overstuffed cushions & down throw pillows you can truly unwind and relax. The living room and kitchen adjoin, so no one will miss what's going on.

The master bedroom, has a coastal down comforter, and a wonderful sitting area that includes wicker chaise lounge, where you can sit and enjoy the sunny afternoon view. The small bedroom, has a full size bed, and third room has a futon, has an abundance of sun and a great view.

The best part is the glassed in sun porch which is as big as the living room, but is it's own separate room. It seems most of our guests spend their time there. Watching the beach, and sunset, and enjoying the all day sun....

This house offers ample room for the whole family to spread out. It's the perfect place for your Holiday or Rhododendron festival gathering. There's room to park 4 cars, or two atv or boat trailers.

1960s beach getaway
Very vintage... location was great! We were there for business not pleasure. After a hard day of physical labor at another property, it was sooo relaxing sitting with an adult beverage looking at the surf. Then taking a very, very short walk to the beach. Great location.

This rental was clean and comfortable. It’s advertised as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually a 2 bedroom with futon in another room. The furniture is comphy but an update would help. Maybe add some beach chairs. The view of the beach made everything worthwhile.

I'll admit it looks a little rough from the outside but is super clean and roomy on the inside. Very well organized with nice dishes and good linens on the beds and the best part is it's just a short walk across the street to the beach.

Just like us, this property was homey and a little old. :-) We felt right at home, the house had all needed amenities, but didn't feel 'resorty.' Just our kind of place! Leslie, the manager, was a joy to work with, and the rental process went very smoothly. We would definitely rent one of her properties again.

The Sea Lion Surf was just as represented on the Vrbo listing. Super clean, had everything we would need or want. Super dog friendly. Great views. Short (really short) walk to the beach. It rained alot during our stay but the house is so cozy we didnt mind having to stay indoors. Everything was perfect, no issues at all. Leslie and team are wonderful to work with.

What a cute home real close to the beach! You can see the ocean from the front sitting room, it was all windows. A great view and nice beach that's just a short walk away. The kitchen was VERY well equipped. The guest "welcome" binder was full of useful information! We would definitely like to plan another stay here!!
