Was charged $53.50 per day to park there. Was not aware of the fee and we considered this very expensive. It added $214 to our bill. It should have been included with your room. Food at the hotel was very expensive and not much variety to pick from. We went elsewhere for food for that reason. Had to change rooms because air was not working on our arrival day.

There was a particular young lady at the front desk yesterday afternoon. It was her and a young man. Both were African American or black. She wore straight hair and she had her edges swooped a little. I wrote her name down on a piece of paper, but lost the paper while traveling. She was the most polite, personable, respectful person of all. I enjoyed her welcoming spirit and consistently genuinely positive disposition. She is why I would come back.

Good stay.
Good atmosphere. Staff checked in often. Chairs included while on the beach but not umbrellas. (30$ extra). Staff didn’t seem to tell you where anything was like the pool, or laundry. There’s no directory. Other than that the free water and cookies were also a perk. Fridge worked well in the room. But no microwave.

Didn't like that you have to pay 50 dollars a day for parking. Plus resort fees. It's just not worth it. Hotel is ok. Don't like the Juliette balcony's. Staff is nice.

Let me start by saying we have stayed at this hotel probably four or five times in the past but never again. There was a time it was a very nice hotel. We booked a marina view balcony room. The first room we were given was first floor window room with a terrible smell. Went back to the office and they moved us to a second floor balcony room with a view of a massive palm tree, one chair on the balcony, the smell was worse than the first, and every piece of furniture had “questionable” stains everywhere. Took another trip to the desk with my complaints and spoke directly to the manager. She seemed bothered and annoyed but offered to give us a better quality room at no extra cost. Let’s just say it went from a two star to a three star. Even the bellboy who helped us with our bags said it smelled much better. On day two we decided to check out the pool…. Gross!!!! The pool is slimy and every chair cushion is disgusting. This hotel needs a lot of work. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here!!!!
