Great location for cruising, airport and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room nice but toilet difficult to flush. Easy check in and check out. Travis kept bags in a room until room ready.Super accommodating guy!! Woukd definitely stay again.

The hotel was packed with people because of its close proximity to the cruise port. The main entrance was clogged with people and under construction. The suite we had was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was beyond anything I have found before in a hotel.

I can not say enough about the staff and management. They had gone above and beyond for us. On the day of our cruise we had forgotten my husbands insulin in the fridge. We had realized this once we were on board. I had called the hotel, they located the insulin and had a worker bring it to the Port for us. Any time we travel to Fort Lauderdale we will never stay anywhere else but here. Everyone we have told this to have been very impressed.

I booked my room through expedia and I would never use you again. I got to deal at all and I was greatly over charged for our room. We paid $400 per night booking over 8 months before and people we spoke with spent on average $250 per night. I am writing a letter and I expect an answer from you. NEVER AGAIN WILL i BE MADE A FOOL OF AGAIN.

The lobby is under construction and very unappealng. The restaurant was not good and the Manager had a terrible attitde when we spoke to her. The head of food and beversge came and spoke with us and nade things right. Did nit expect to be treated rudely by soneone affiliated with the Hilton.

Was given wrong key to the room and that was late at 11:30 pm when we were tired, had to run back to “camping “ recreation they are under construction; just to hear that I picked different room myself on the app that not true cuz app didn’t work and I called customer service twice.
