We did have a miscommunication with housekeeping but the departmental managers were VERY quick to make it right. Our stay at Maren is always dreamy. An all inclusive feel with five star standards. Wish we could buy timeshares to this place. Will always be one of our second homes.

The hotel has seen better days. The a/c in the first room we were given didn’t work and the second room we got was dirty. The furniture and carpet were stained and the sheets didn’t fit the bed. I would not recommend this hotel at its current condition.

Great time at Hotel Maren
Such an amazing hotel and in a perfect location. My wife and I were there for Labor Day weekend and we had such a good time. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

Overall the trip was great and the location of the property seemed to be in an overall safe neighborhood. The beach was private and was great that it was overpacked with people. A couple things that I wish was different would be the chair hours for the beach there was only access from 9-5 pm and it just didn’t seem very accessible. Another issue would be the valet parking I love that that’s an option BUT I don’t appreciate being charged for it per day and not seeing that fee at all when reserving the room. The valet seemed unoptional and that you had to use thst service which was also inconvenient. The staff was super friendly, the pool area was super nice, and the bonuses that we get with the room (bikes, free drinks, and exclusive deals with neighboring rest were great too. Overall, I’d rate this hotel an 8/10 and would highly recommend!

A group of us booked rooms here the day before our cruise. The location was good not too busy was within walking distance for a few places to eat, farmer's market. The beach was across the street. The facilities were clean the front desk staff was good, but Sean, our bellhop was amazing!! He really made the stay great.. He greeted us outside as we arrived and gathered all of our bags. A few of us our rooms were not ready but it was cool, we just hung out in the rooms that were ready or down at the bar. Check in was easy, they gave us drink vouchers(you can only have either a vodka lemonade or cranberry juice and some other type of drinks it was very limited what we could use the vouchers for) Sean provided recommendations of restaurants nearby. Brought ALL of our luggage(s) to our room. (we had 8 rooms) Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was within walking distance to multiple restaurants. It is directly across the street from the ocean and the beach guy was fantastic..Would come back to this hotel again.The adult family loved this hotel.

I just a terrible experience with the way that the soap and the condition ran out, the funny part is that the manager took the keys to the supply room. Wao rather than that everything was okay.

Had an amazing stay! The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. We arrived for our check in early and although our room wasn’t available yet, they had areas for us to change, held our bags, and provided us with our beach access supplies early! Once our room was available, they kindly had our bags waiting for us in the room! Can’t wait to go back!!!
