Fantastic staff. Pools wonderful. Right on beach and boardwalk with live music. Great long weekend. Views of ocean and intracoastal waterway from balcony amazing. Will definitely come back!!

We had a great time. The room and amenities were amazing. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and had smiles on their faces, which was quite refreshing. We would definitely come back as well as try other Margaritaville Resorts, but the restaurants and drinks at the pool were over priced comparatively to similar hotels. To be aware. Two drinks at the pool with tip can be $35-40.

Over all our stay was great. The room service for food and drinks and beach service was awesome. We never heard the first emergency siren or saw the first issue, which made us feel safe. There are tons of places to eat and relax at the boardwalk. I rated cleanliness a 3 because the first room we got had a nasty bathroom. I called down and had them come reclean it, and they did that ASAP, unfortunately when we turned the sheets back to get in the bed, they was also dirty and we ended up changing rooms at 10pm. The manager on duty was very accommodating and refunded me the resort fee for the night and sent up complimentary drinks that evening. The elevator we got in the next morning someone had gotten sick in and had been cleaned but was still nasty. I went to the front desk and let them know. It was clean the next day when we got in it. I know these things happen and they did jump right on the complaints. Over all, it was an awesome stay and we would go back for sure.

Check in was frustrating as they had issues with my card, even though the room had been completely paid for since April. Construction, mainly jackhammering, made it impossible to enjoy the balcony and pools. Certainly wasn’t a laid-back setting. Two days, our balcony was full of ants. We had to dump water on them to get rid of them. We don’t want maid service when we travel so we had our do not disturb sign out. My wife had to go back to the room, and found one of the maids in our room. The property is showing signs of aging even though it’s less than 10 years old. We have stayed at several Margaritaville’s in our travels, and doubt that we will stay at this one again

We were here for a conference. Beer down by the pool or in the restaurants was $8. At the conference they jacked it up to $14. This was a pretty large group of close to 400 people. Why they felt the need to rip people off for another $6 is questionable to me. The area out by the pool is under construction so we had a lot of noise. When we asked for an hour extra for late checkout, we were told it would be an extra $50 to $100. This is after staying 5 nights and spending almost $3,000 on clients in this hotel. Next time we will find somewhere close.
