Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms plus comfortable beds. Full kitchen and living area with all new appliances and furniture. Garage for parking and easy access to dining and others in the area. Overall was a wonderful experience, easy with no stress from check-in with complementary wine all the way to check-out. Disappointed

Disappointed. I had to change my room as there was a terrible whirring noise in the bedroom. Upon the change the new room had the same noise which kept me awake at night. I identified this to be the air conditioning unit which was situated right next to the bed and was vibrating.Also there was a large air conditioning unit outside in the corridor which was making a loud noise continuously. With regard to the parking situation it took about five minutes just to get to street level as this was also a public car park.

This IS NOT a 4-star hotel. The property is old, dirty and the entrance is through a mall. Every staff member we encountered was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend anyone stays at this hotel.
