When we got to the room the tv did not work. And as soon as you walked into the room the smell of mold was very strong. And there was only 1 wash cloth.

Ok for a night before a cruise but I’m not sure I would stay much longer. It was clean, a couple bugs but I guess that’s to be expected in south Florida. The lady in the front office was very nice and efficient, location was great. Very close walk to the beach and places to eat, quick uber to and from FLL and cruise port

Although 1night not great. Office clerk did not look up at us when we checked in. Due to limited parking a jeep was allowed to pull in the gate and block the courtyard. Was raining so to go around the long way at 6am just to get to the car was an inconvenience.

Beds are super comfortable and room was clean! Towel rod falling off in the bathroom. No washcloths or hair dryer in room, although provided when asked for the next morning. Communication problem with lovely lady at the desk on evening check in. But comfy beds make up for this very basic hotel.

The hotel is older but in a fabulous location and is very reasonably priced for the area. However, the walls and ceiling are flimsy. We could hear very heavy footsteps from someone above us at night and we could very clearly hear conversations in the room next to us until about 1.00 am in the morning. Parking was challenging at times as there are only 15 parking spaces. There is also a construction zone across the road.

Really lovely stay, room has all you need and is clean. We were in room 4. The walls are a little thin so you can hear people upstairs and next door. For some reason the ppl upstairs were walking about at 3am. I do think coffee making in the room would be good but overall really happy and would stay again

The location is amazing. Cleanliness was not great and the condition of the room was poor. Towel bar broken off the wall. Towels were set on the floor for us. T.v. wouldn't work. The mgr. ( he was great!) Fixed it but, it just went out again . Internet went out continuously. We were not the only ones complaining of this. ( nicely of course) Coffee was in the office and they don’t open until 9. Sheets were clean. Bed was very comfortable. ASK FOR AMENITIES AS YOU CHECK IN.

Close to the beach but would never stay again.

Upon arrival clean supplies were stacked outside our room. When we entered we were hit with an extremely strong chemical odor / scent of cleaning supplies it was hard to breathe. That smell was there for the entire stay. Unfortunately we also had very disruptive neighbors above us who were yelling until 3am. We were on ground level. The ceilings are very thin. It felt unsafe and unsettling.

The door has no second lock, no glasses for brushing teeth, TV remote was not working, dirty linen was scattered on the grounds in the back of the property . The staff members cannot communicate in English.
