Sabriy- worst service in entire lifetime!!
Sabriy at the front desk was hands down the worst customer service person I have ever come across in my entire lifetime. I still can’t believe how she treated me. When another employee made a mistake and didn’t hold one of the rooms I paid for and it was canceled Sabriy not only refused to assist me with booking another room or giving me a refund but she started laughing in my face and began assisting other guests in the middle of our conversation. Because the other guests had just walked in, they didn’t know she had been helping me previously and she actually egged the other guests on to tell me to “ wait my turn” and stop interrupting them. This happened with two separate guests! Sabriy was truly amused by the fact that I had spent over $$$ on two rooms and that I was out not only for one of the rooms but also for the $$$ I paid. She could not stop laughing and smirking at me. Finally a coworker of hers came to see what was going on and I told him that my room had been mistakenly canceled and that she would not refund my money. He immediately said that he could reinstate the reservation with no problem. He did this and I got the room back. Sabriy obviously has severe mental issues and needs to wield power and abuse against customers of the hotel. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had.
As a Hilton Honors member I will never stay at a “Tru” again. Unless you want to be abused and humiliated by hotel front desk staff I urge you to stay far awa
