This Cape Coral Home sits on a Beautiful canal with Southern Exposure so You will have Sun all day long on the pool and lanai. Watch the fish Jump all day long in the canal and if you rent a boat there is a place for it right out back! Great Fishing for everyone right at your dock!! The home itself is perfectly decorated and kept in pristine condition. If there are any issues the Owner takes care of it immediately!! For instance we now have a brand new UV lights in the A/C for anyone with allergies just to be sure everyone is comfortable!! The spa has a brand new system easily controlled by an app! The open floor plan and layout of this home really makes it easy to be anywhere in the living room or kitchen and you can still be part of the conversation and fun with your family. Direct TV in the Living room, Lanai, and 2 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has a full size bed, they share a bathroom which is also a pool bath so no one has to drip through the entire home if your enjoying a pool day! The Pool is picture perfect and facing South so SUN SUN SUN with plenty of chairs to relax in if you want sun or even if you don't want sun, the covered lanai will give you that option of you need it. This home has a hot tub which can be heated whenever you would like to use it!! It heats up fast too if last minute you decide to use it!! At this home you have a stocked Kitchen and Grill outside to use whenever you like. Top of the line front loading Washing Machine and Dryer. We also have a printer should you need it to print up boarding passes. Fishing Poles, Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrella for you to use. The home is in a beautiful little neighborhood where Royal Palms line the street. Pulling up to this home the tile roof and look of this home is perfectly maintained and well taken care of. Inside you will find the same, a beautiful well taken care of home that you will feel comfortable and really enjoy your vacation. Remember .... Location Location Location! This is close to everything and yet tucked away in your own quiet little neighborhood! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Southern Exposure pool home is a Gem. Nice and clean house at perfect location
Upon arrival we noticed that the entire house was in very good shape and perfectly clean. Everything worked as expected, the control of the spa was very easy via the app. Temperature of the pool was perfect. The only small drawback was that the AC was not able to cool the master bedroom to the same temperature as the rest of the house. It was always about five degrees warmer, but for us that was not an issue. We will definitely consider the home for our next stay and recommend it to everyone.

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders erfreut hat uns die große Anzahl an Handtüchern und die Möglichkeit, sie zu waschen. Da wir viel Tee trinken, hätten wir uns vielleicht über einen elektrischen Wasserkocher gefreut, aber der Kessel auf dem Herd hat es auch getan.

Great house for our family of 4 !
Great house design with an open feel. The master bed/bath is on one side of the house and two beds and second bath on the other side of the house. It has a great view of the sunrise from the lanai. The house came stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Loved being able to park our car in the garage and use the garage access door to the house. Hot tub heated up fast and was nice to sit and watch the sunset from. No hidden fees which sets it apart from other places we have stayed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

this place is better than the pictures show. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the view of the canal . This place is very quiet but still close to everything we plan to come back next year and stay longer than a week, Thank you for a memorable vacation

Absolutely Perfect!
We would give 10 stars if possible! Very clean and welcoming. Nice little welcome treats, nice “in case you forgot” toiletries. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of spices. And the spa and pool were THE BEST we have ever rented! I had checked with the property manager prior to booking on the pool temperature, and it was spot on! (Than never usually happens!). Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, the house was very nice and had lots of supplies. Downfalls were very poor internet and the grill grates are all rust and need replaced. Pool and hot tub were threat as well. Would stay here again

My son and his wife brought my 18-month-old grandchild for a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything you could imagine you would need was there. It made for a wonderful family vacation.

Had a great time with my family! Had everything that we needed and even a few things that we didnt know we needed! My son and husband loved being able to fish in the canal, and my daughter and I loved the pool! Our only complaint was that the master suite was too hot (could not get the room to cool down; rest of the house was nice and cool). Overall was a wonderful home!

Great vacation in Cape Coral
This is a wonderful property with great communication with property manager. Everything was nice and clean. Some of the furniture could be updated, but there were no major issues. If bringing infants or small children, it’s good to know that there is no bathtub in the house. The hot tub was incredible. It heats up very fast and very hot. We were able to catch fish in the canal and saw manatee and geckos. There were bikes and beach chairs available, as well as a lot of other small items that made our vacation fun. Walmart is very close. I would definitely recommend this house to others. Keep in mind that the beach is quite a distance away.

Excellent Week in Sunshine!
Everything about this property was perfect! Check-in and out was a breeze, and the home included everything listed and more! They even had a pack n play not included in the listing if you are visiting with an infant. My son loved the pool and woke up asking to get in (he's two!!) Tons of shopping around the house and easy to get across to Ft. Myers, which we had to do almost every day. We will be back!!

Good location and a welcoming villa. We found it difficult to contact Jill as we only had a UK phone and didn’t have a quick means of contact despite trying What’s-app. A couple minor issues trying to find what switches turned on what. Several bulbs not working but wonder if this is to keep costs down. Generally very clean and well equipped but the maintenance people don’t appear to clean under the beds too well so a bit dusty there. Hot tub was about the same temperature as the pool but not a problem to us. Still happy to give it 5 stars as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great property - well managed
We had a great time in the house and pool. My wife spent most of the day outside in the pool and covered area, and loved it. The pool temps were ideal and the house was comfortable. We cooked fresh snapper in the kitchen that we caught on our guided fishing trip. We love staying in Cape Coral and have been making this trip for years. You won't be disappointed with this house or the area. What are you waiting for???
