People next door were knocking on joint room door and kept trying to open it. They kept setting off fire alarm in their room. They were up at 0430 screaming and being boisterous. I’ve listened to the AC tick all night long. It was hot in the room.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast .
Nice hotel right off I-95. Fairly quiet, very clean, huge bedroom. Breakfast was nice buffet or off the menu. Slept like a log. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good. Staff was professional and courteous. We will return in January on our next trip to FL.

They need to pay attention to details!
The check in was fine, but the directions to the room were terrible, took me over a half hour to get to the room after being escorted to the correct area. This also happened with another couple. The room refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer compartment so I couldn’t freeze my ice packs for my medicine. The rooms don’t have a microwave. There is one in the hall on the first floor. Real convenient! When I was walking between the beds in my bare feet I discovered a wet carpet. Apparently it hadn’t been noticed by housekeeping or they were careless. I will never use this hotel again!

I enjoyed my night at this hotel. Just in case you forgot to pack something, there is a cvs vending machine which i thought that was neat. Staff was delightful. I will stay again in the future.

Broken toilet
The toilet would not flush properly. They sent someone up but he couldnt fix it. He just plunged it a few times. The toilet was not clogged it was broken. He left, so no working toilet. Had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the bathroom. Expectations foe this hotel set way too high. Will not return. Hotels.com should lower their rating foe this property.
