My husband and I when to bar we order modelo beers we left the credit card open. There was a Filipino lady very nice, respectful. But when her time was over .a white young lady looks Ukranian. Came to cover her turn. She told us if we want to close the account. What the hell..mean to us to leave the bar.221 room.bed and towels clean.but the 4 days we expense there they never clean the sink.toile and shower floor was dirty. Was i few people there likevtge shuttle bus nice sweet people. Is very important to be everything clean.especeally the bathroom

The rooms were beautiful, low lighting so I looked way more attractive than I really am, soft bedding, nice layout. Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in, especially because there's a bar downstairs.

Outdated. I travel often and stay at Hyatts and this one needs better mattresses and pillows. The pillows even with multiple stacked were non-existent and flat. Breakfast - eggs were inedible and blueberries were frozen and mush. Quality of food was horrible.
