Courteous, quick and clearly explained the hotel.

The staff was amazing!! I stopped by along with my family at around 11:30am, just to store our luggage at the property before checking in at 3:00pm. However, the male associate offered to check us in already at no extra cost!! Ended up checking in almost 4 hours early for FREE. The staff was attentive, from the receptionists and shift managers, to the kitchen staff, and the housekeeping ladies. Everyone was friendly and welcoming to us. They had complimentary water with ice in the lobby, along with complimentary cookies which were very tasty. The free breakfast offered extensive options, including fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeals, coffee, sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, bread, waffles, hot coffee, juices, water, among other offerings. The room was spacious enough and featured complimentary water bottles, a mini fridge and a microwave, along with the standard ironing board, iron, hair blower, etc. We did face two very small inconveniences, the first one was the fact that the room only had three towels (we were a party of four), but I received an additional set after requesting an extra towel. The mini fridge in the room had some issues with powering up, but it was due to the cord being some what loose. There's also a free shuttle that we didn't get to use, but it is an option for those who would like to use it. Large homeless population around downtown, but not the hotel's fault. We still felt pretty safe in the area.
