Room given had a lot a small cockroaches in the kitchen, room upgrade was not offered. Left a bag by accident in the cockroaches room And they took 24 hrs to find that bag for us. New room sink faucet was leaking water, both phones were not working. We were a family of 32 in 8 different rooms and every single one of them had a different issue. They need to start taking care of maintenance.

We stayed at Cheeca for our 10 year anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The room was in the main lodge and was one with a soaking tub overlooking the golf course and bay. The room was very roomy, beautiful, and clean! The bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. My husband and I made several statements about how comfortable everything was. The views for breakfast at the main lodge were breathtaking. Right on the beach. And the food there was delicious. The avacado toast for breakfast was so good. The paddle boarding, kayaks, and resort amenities were great!! We utilized the shuttle service to go to Lorelei’s for a sunset drink. They picked us up from there and took us over to the Brewery afterwards. We are so glad we chose Cheeca for this trip. We will be back!

Stayed only night. Last minute thing. Had a lovely time with my boys. Met some wonderful people including and old friend that i haven't seen in 10 years. The staff was amazing as were the amenities and the restaurants. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay. The only thing I was only slightly disappointed about was the size of the lagoon view room. A bit small for me and my the sons.

A little bit of paradise!
Exceptional hotel, cannot wait to visit again. We had a balcony room with a bath outside, so relaxing in the evening to sit in the balcony in the early evening. The swimming pool, restaurant & staff were fabulous.

The Cheeca Lodge & Spa is gorgeous! The amenities and fantastic and the property is stunning. Just a few small things, this was a VIP hotel on Expedia, however no upgrade was offered. Secondly there are not many bikes and they were checked out each time we tried to use them. Other than that, we had an amazing time. I would absolutely stay at Checca again. Also if you need to do some laundry while there, there is a nice little laundry mat near by with friendly staff.
