Good Hotel....minus the roaches
We went for a quick family trip and stayed 1 night here. Nice hotel. But there were ROACHES. They were in the bathroom, the beds, the clock, and the furniture and even in the breakfast/lobby area. The staff knew about it as well. I will never stay here again!

Nice affordable stay in Jacksonville!!
Our stay was great. Very affordable, clean, and good location from airport and cruise port. The staff was amazing, kind, and very friendly! When we called for our shuttle I wasnā€™t sure if it was going to be to late, they were very friendly and they had someone there within 15 mins. Nothing fancy but for the price you canā€™t beat it!

Pretty positive stay
Room was comfortable and the Sleep Inn seemed a bit worn. The people were wonderful and the shuttle could not have been better. Bed was great. Reasonable prices. Weā€™d definitely stay there again

It seems like they barely bothered to clean the bathroom, all the towels were stained. There was a random washcloth on the counter unfolded. The smoke detector woke me up at 1:30am chirping for no reason and I had to press the test button to silence it. Shower looked like it hadnā€™t been cleaned at all.
