Two things: 1) no grab bars to get in/out of the tub. Iā€™m 79 years old and having something to hold onto offers a lot of security. 2) on Sunday morning the elevators were not working for some reason. People were using steps down to the ground floor but that door was locked! Up two flights to an open door. Had there been an emergency it would have proved to be very serious. You need your evacuation routes clearly marked.

It took a while to get the drinks.(served in plastic cups)After a few sips the lights were all turned on and we told we needed to leave because they were closing. A "cup" of wine was $17. Had I known it was that much, I wouldn't have got it especially being told we needed to leave. I had a bottle of wine in my room that I could've drank if I knew we couldn't stay at the bar to drink what we ordered.

The parking is horrendous. Have to valet even if you are checking in and going out. There is a parking lot right there that is less expensive and no valet tip.

Facility is tired and all of the furniture as well as carpeting look old and drab. Staff were just ok but not very pro-active to guests needs. Some employees wearing blue jeans and sweatshirts. Odd odors in the hallways leading to our room. No exhaust fan in bathroom/shower. Nothing much to see or do nearby the property. Not what we expected from a Marriott.
