I stay at this location several times a year due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Normal my wife and I are pleased with our stay. Not this time the tv did not work at all, we couldn’t even cast from our phones. No one told us when we checked in, we were only told when we called the front desk.The bed was horrible we both woke up with terrible back aches. We will most likely not stay at this location again.

Mini suite with double beds. Didn’t like that bathroom door open at bed. Breakfast need improvement as options limited. Staff nice. Need more handicap parking totally inadequate. If lot of people stay, not enough parking period. Too many compact car spaces. Shares lot with another hotel. Shops nearby. Laundry on site. Coffee spot right at entrance. Shops and eateries nearby and not far off interstate.

Staff was really excellent. Shower stall didn’t have a door so water went all over the floor. Odd smell near the chair/couch. Otherwise everything was really better than expected. Very pleased with experience.
