Had a house full of guest and one elevator working and ten the time u have to wait to use the elevator was ridiculous. The first night in my room the ac stopped working but they did change are room. We stayed on the 3rd floor but on the walkway it had a sour smell like the carpets were stank but on the 5th floor didn’t have that smell

Should be called Wyndham Garbage not Wyndham Garden. Smells like mold and mildew when you walk in. Rooms are dirty. Missing baseboards. Our room phone didn’t work. We called about it and they said they fixed it but they didn’t. We never got our room cleaned once. Saw housekeep staff sitting in a room drinking coffee together for over an hour and not cleaning any rooms. It was actually a terrible experience.
