The property would have been very nice if it was cleaner. Our sheets had black pepper like dirt in it and some dead nats. Even after our sheets had been changed by staff we found both of these things in the bed again. The floor was also very dirty. Overall the room was nice I just wish it was cleaner.

Nice Place to Stay Near Amenities
The staff here was great—very friendly and helpful. The property is older, but that was intentional on our part. We felt like it was cared for and maintained well, and the location was fantastic! Parking is tricky around the property, but not impossible, and that’s pretty true of Key West in general. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and beaches within a quick walk! The only note we had was that the pillows felt pretty old, so maybe a refresh there? Otherwise, we’d happily stay again!

Stay was nice on a rainy Key West weekend .. the only thing we did not have was an ice maker on the grounds, and the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work.. but other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.. Excellent shower :)

Our plans ended up changing and we had to include our dogs on the trip so ended up booking with this location. We were also traveling with my daughter. On Expedia I clicked for the room that showed a separated area between beds. That was not what we ended up with. We had one bedroom with 2 beds and a dining table. It was very tight for 3 of us with 2 Labs. The bathroom was also extremely tiny and my husband who is over 6” compared the shower to a closet. The plunge pool on the property had palm fronds in it and looked like it needed a good cleaning. We booked 3 nights but ended up leaving after the second as a storm was coming and we drove. Unfortunately this property will not refund for leaving early. The one upside of traveling with dogs and staying here is you are a 5 minute walk to the dog beach.

This place is disgusting. Pool was filthy. Room was filthy. $352 for a closet with blood on the blanket, dust everywhere. Do not waste your money. I wish I could submit the pictures I took to this review. Never again.

Nice property. Friendly staff. Convenient to everything in key west. The pool on the property was just a hot tub that doesn’t function. It’s in poor condition, very rough surface to sit on or walk on. But the pool area is beautiful and nice to spend time there. Unfortunately, I could see daylight around the edges of the door to my room, so mosquitos got in. While it was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room, the fridge didn’t close all the way so I had to put a chair against it to hold it shut and the microwave had dials for the timer which made it hard to set the right time to heat foods. Despite these things, it’s pretty, safe and in a good area of town.

Great property, staff, and convenient location!
We were in the little bungalow and it was perfect. Celebrating a birthday as a couple for a long weekend. We were super close to the Southern Most Point, Duval Street, and a convenient market. There was plenty of parking and check in was super easy (although it was a couple blocks away). Staff was nice and someone dropped off extra towels and linens while there. The only drawback was the hot water being slow to warm up and not all that hot at any point and it would have been nice is the jacuzzi was functional although they did allow us in it as a “wading pool.” Overall was a great experience, with a nice property and kind staff. Will book again! 😊

This property is awesome it's a little bungalow perfect atmosphere I came with my daughter but it could definitely be romantic there is a small pool/Jacuzzi and property surrounded by trees and white picket fence I love it and it's close to many points I highly recommend this property 💜

Not too comfy stay at the Keys
check in is at one place and room in another. My hotel is basically a home with 5-6 individual rooms with a bathroom each. There is no lobby - you have a key to open the front gate (which opens just by pushing it) and also opens the house main door and then your room. The window A/C was a bit noisy. I paid for a 2 queen size beds but not sure one was a queen -seemed small. The bathroom definitely needs some upgrade and just know the shower is small - 3 x 3 which was very uncomfortable for any adult to shower, more for a child. There were no hooks in bathroom to hang your clothes; only towel racks. Mirror above sink was a bit too high; barely could see my face. There was 1 small closet - probably couldn't hang a dress. Wood floors squeaked.
