Really disappointed about this stay. Pictures looked great but reality was different. Room was outdated, queen size bed was uncomfortable, light bulbs burned out, no fan or light in bathroom and loud air condtioner unit.

So the sight cant get a wheelchair to front desk but they will come out to help check in after that its wheel chair friendly staff is great and its just off if downtown so quieter.

We had a ocean front room, it was amazing! Walked out on our patio to table and chairs or lay in the hammock, which was great! The ocean is 20ft away. There could relax and watch the birds even seen fish in the ocean. The navel base does trumpets 2x a day and it was neat to hear. The room is alittle older and bathroom was really small and little werid with corner round around tub. But it was clean and worked. Breakfast wasnt much to it, bread, hard boiled eggs, ham cheese, yogurt and frozen waffle. So not going to fill up belly before day starts. Coffee and tea out by 7am so that was a plus. Pool was nice and has a bar right there.

Ibis Bay is a most amazing place to chill out. Have a swim a cocktail swing in a hammock place in the entirety of Key West check it out.

Lower your expectations. Looking at the photos it looks like a 5 stars resort and it is everything but! I found a Motel 6 with pretty colors. Very small room, very very small bathroom and incredibly small shower. Breakfast is not worth weaking up for. After all not too bad if you have very low espectations.
