Lovely room very comfy bed. Only gripe was being forced to pay €48 dollar a night ‘resort fee’ - was probably hidden in terms and conditions but missed it. That was on top of th €26 day valet parking. - note you cannot park at hotel without using valet parking. This meant we started our stsy on a sour nots!! There were handy supermarkets close by and large fridge in room if you wanted to keep Own drinks etc. Staff were friendly and there is a free shuttle bus to take into old town. Make use of free key west tourist circuit bus much cheaper than the tourist trains and very frequent - scan the live update at bus stops

Loved our stay. Beautiful area & scenery. Cleaning crew was great except our weekend person, took part of dirty linens & made bed. However, didn’t leave clean ones. Left some there. Had to call housekeeping to get clean towels. The others were great! Plenty of drinks if you drink, very limited menu if you stay awhile. You can order delivery from DoorDash. Our waitress was wonderful. Went for breakfast & Gayle forgot to put our order in! We waited 1.5 hours for our food! Should have walked out, but being diabetic, I needed food! When it came, eggs were burnt, it wasn’t good & we ended up eating outside of resort. They need to expand their menu. All in all I highly recommend this place & I will definitely go back. Just a few lazy people until the boss lady appeared! The shuttle is big plus!

I loved our stay at the Parrot Key! The property is extremely clean, our room was large with daily housekeeping. The property has many pools, great food at the restaurant, located right off the main drag but still very quiet. The staff are all extremely kind and want to cater to their guests. I was however, when checking out, I was made aware of a DAILY charge of $48.00 for a Resort Fee plus tax, along with a DAILY charge of $23.00 for valet parking plus tax. Unfortunately, for those two reasons I will not stay at the Parrot Key again. There are places to stay without daily resort fees and, I’m from New England, I can park my own damn car

Upon arrival the front desk clerk wasn't exactly the friendliest. Check in /out times are really inconvenient and honestly it is a rip off. They want to check in at 4:00pm and check out by 11:00. No courteous help to carry your baggage to your room. For the price it really is lacking. Definitely would not return. Had an old mildewy smell.They charge you a weird hotel fee ($70 per day for what??) and also $25 per night to park your car. They charge you twice basically, the reservation and fake fees. Restaurant bar completely lacking. We ordered a basic burger they didn't have it. Ordered a chicken sandwich they didn't have it. Finally the waiter/bar tender recommended the beef tacos. They were not edible. Old meat saturated in salt. The waiter himself agreed once he tasted it. Simply a complete disappointment after another.. The place feels "small", old and weathered down. No real value.

The property was beautiful. It's difficult to give a honest review. Due to tropical storm conditions from hurricane Helene we were not able to use the pools and the beach. Also, the main dining was closed due to renovations. We booked a 3 bedroom unit . It was nice, but it was difficult to use due to some physical disabilities and age. (Steps up to front door and stairs to 2nd and 3rd floor. ) The staff were excellent. We loved the cats and chickens!

Loved the pool bar area did not like having all of the wildlife begging cats and chickens we even saw two raccoons. The deck was full of poop from all the animals being around. Outside of that the rooms were nice I had about 15 guests come in to celebrate my birthday.

I absolutely loved this hotel it was so private and cozy and overall super clean the room was very spacious and I will definitely be returning to key west and staying at the Parrot Key again, can’t wait.
