I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was painfully slow, with long waits that clearly indicated poor management. The staff seemed untrained and unprepared to handle basic operations, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, some employees displayed an unprofessional attitude, making the overall experience unpleasant. The condition of the rooms was equally unsatisfactory – they were not clean and lacked the level of maintenance you’d expect from a reputable establishment. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Every morning we would wake up thinking how well we slept, the room was very quiet and comfortable. The room was big and clean, with tiles instead of carpet, which I prefer for hygienic reasons. We used the shuttle for transportation. The one thing we missed was having a microwave in the room. We routinely got text messages from the concierge asking if there was anything we needed. Thank you, we will go back!

Worst stay despite paying $400 per night
I hated my stay at this hotel. To start with, they don't even have a front desk. We were asked to go to the adjacent hotel to checkin. This was not told during booking. Checkin process was unusually slow. To add to that, 3 cops (fully armed) walked in and were discussing something in hushed voices with the receptionist. They talked to the manager and went ahead to evict an occupant. What kind of place is this! That did not make me feel safe at all! Once we got the keys we realized the hotel itself looks like a motel, both outside and inside. Also smelled bad. The pictures on the website are extremely deceiving! Room was supposed to have garden view. There's paved green belt outside the rooms separating the road and walkway. They managed to call it a garden! There's one permanently shut window facing these few plants and they managed to call it garden view room! Seriously?! Technically the hotel doesn't even have a garden! The shower unit is very old. They didn't even bother to fill up shower gel. No basic toiletries provided. There's a creepy corner in the bathroom for hanging clothes. No cabinet or closet! They advertised that the hotel is newly renovated. I don't understand what was renovated here! To add insult to injury we were told we have VIP access! Nothing felt VIP about the stay! This is the worst place I have stayed at, despite paying $400+ per night ! We felt cheated!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't be guided by the photos. They don't match the reality of the hotel. The rooms are dirty, especially the bathroom, which smells like mold, and the toilets don't flush properly. The cleaning staff picked up the trash but left the bags inside the room; they never took them out. There is no breakfast area or dining room, just a food truck. You have to order food from the bartender, and you have to eat around the bar. They don't offer hot drinks; to have a hot drink, you must go to Starbucks, which is inconvenient and provides poor service to guests. The hotel should have a dining room for guests because not all people feel comfortable eating outside without any comfort. The quality of the food is terrible.

For a Renovated hotel it was awful. Blinds or phone didn't work in the room. Got a new room (not a king size bed) lock on door didn't work and both rooms TVs didn't go down pass 14 or 15. Walls were thin so you can hear noise from both rooms. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Our Hotel Room Did Not Have A Desk, Nor Did It Have Very Much Horizontal Surface. I Simply Don't Understand How A Hotel Room Can Go Without A Desk. I Had No Place To Set Up My Laptop Or Write Anything Down. Even Value Priced Hotel Rooms Have A Desk. In My Opinion, It Is A Terrible Idea To Have A Hotel Room Without A Desk. Everything Else Concerning Our Hotel Room Was Just Fine, But Again No Desk! This Really Annoyed Me.
