The location of this hotel was prime. It was close to everywhere we were going. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was modest. If youā€™re like us, then that is not huge deal because the only thing we did af the hotel was sleep and shower. There was floor tile that was loose which was definitely a trip hazard especially since the room we were in seemed to be handicap accessible.(handrails, bench in the shower, auto open/close doors). The bed itself was uncomfortable

We liked the unique shape of the hotel and found the staff to be excellent and very helpful. We were disappointed by the quality of the breakfast for the exorbitant price. Additionally, our internet TV failed to connect to the internet. The hotel is on the side of a busy road and it was very noisy at night with traffic. The rooms were nice and fully outfitted and we enjoyed the big windows and easy elevator access.

It is very close to my Kids house. People were friendly and helpful. It is on Tennessee Ave which is a major thoroughfare and very noisy at all hours. Internet was spotty and several channels on the TV did not work.
