The hotel is in a beautiful building, in a great, quiet location, just a short walk from Richmomd Park. Our room was clean, tidy and nicely equipped. Though warm, the Air Conditioning was effective and, unusually, quiet enough to sleep with it on. Staff were attentive and the bar and restaurant nicely decorated. On a beautiful evening, the Patio was a great place to sit for a quiet drink. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel, out of the way but got a bus stop at the top of the road that can get you into the city in half an hour, the food was great, service was amazing and they were even kind enough to let us leave the car in the car park (which is no change) on the day of checking out to go and explore Richmond park

Great place to stay, great facilities will definitely stay again. The only thing I'd say to be aware of is the cost of the food and drink, as nice as it is£40 for a chicken Kiev and some mash is extreme.
