Low priced ok stay. We stay here often on trips. This is the first one on a while where the room was not up to par. It smelled on cigarette smoke and needed a lot of updating. This hotel is decent usually but it really needs some updates. I feel that if they just update a bit it would be so much better. Staff is always friendly

Well, the first one they put us in was horrible. The dresser was broke. Garbage is everywhere. The bags look like they’ve slept in. The smell of pot was unbelievable. So we refuse to stay in that room so they put us in another one. This one was a little better, but we were killing roaches. All night. The curtains were fallen off. The wings were not that great, so I will not recommend anybody to Seralago.

This said it was 3 star property but it is not. Pictures are deceiving and appears nice but there is blood splattered in hallways, mattresses laying outside of rooms (guessing bed bugs), and we stayed a week with onlt 1 day of cleaning of the room. We requested and were told they only clean the rooms on tuesday and Thursdays. This place is pretty large though and 2 nice big pools. That does not account for the uncomfortable bed, no extra pillows, and begging for towels and bedding. If you can avoid this hotel i would as we will be from now on.

The police only had one person to check in guests. I had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. There were a lot of people hanging out in the dark outside of their rooms at night. The room needed a lot of renovating and needed to be more clean. The bathroom in particular didn’t look very clean.

It was totally dilapidated, furniture all damaged, rusty pipe in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom door, mattress in pathetic condition. It's so far past the point where the landlord special could possibly make it look passable, the whole thing should be gutted and rebuilt.

Awful hotel the rooms are filthy dirty and all the bedding had stains on them. We contacted Expedia due to the room we had was filthy and the sheets had boiled sweets stuck to them and the bath had a split in the middle and you couldn’t close the front door. We were offered another room not much better. We have stayed in third world countries where the hotels were much better than this. Stay away !!

We stayed in the kids suite, which the beds are not very comfortable and we had no coffee machine. Previously we had stayed in the two room suite and it was excellent. I would not do the kids suite again. Great for the price.

The staff were lovely and friendly, but the room had not been cleaned. There was grease on the nightstand, the toilet and electricity barely worked, there was rust in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged. The outside is deceiving, once you come in the place is ran down. Checking in will take about an hour, because staff is in no hurry. They demand $100 deposit that I still have not received back. It’s been over 14 days. Just ask for people not to be fooled. This place is a hole in the wall….
