they said the foodcourt hasnt worked “since 2018”. toilet wouldnt flush just so dingy and dirty . The worse I got a refund but how do I get my $100 Hotel.com one key cash back?? my 10 year old was crying she was so scared.

Las habitaciones tienen furniture excesivamente viejos, sucios y rotos. La luz del baño no funcionaba. Esta en muy buena ubicación pero no repetiría este hotel hasta ver que lo remodelen. Por fotos todo se ve muy bonito pero la realidad es otra.

The place is a dump. There was no hot water. The carpets are dirty. The bed is lumpy and gave you a two small pillows for a king size bed. The place smelled like mold and very humid.

Looked like a good part of the resort is not in use/abandoned. Had multiple lights out in the room, no deadbolt/secondary lock, broken switches, loose fixtures, no ice machines, limited amenities, not maintain well (at least 3 days to empty a public area trash can).

Broken beer bottles in landing where (i think vending machines once were). Overgrown weeds. This was not Hurricane debris this was years of neglect. Dirty, old rundown rooms. The on-site restaurant was not running, the pool was not open, pool not open, hot tub was green.

Well to be honest the checking in process was easy. An the hotel was in a convenient location. Walked into the room. An it smelt like mold so bad i almost through up. The bed had mold spots on it. The room showed clear as day water damage. One of the beds was broken an leaning to one side. So you would roll off it all night. An none of the power outlets worked. No tv chennela on the tv. An the pool they advertised was down an not working. I took a trip to orlando to take a cruise. So thankfully we only had to suffer two nights at this place. We was on the cruise for the rest of are booking here.

The pictures posted is absolutely nothing you actually get. Room smelled like mold, had black mold in the bathroom. Also tvs was so old the screens was terrible to even try to watch. Was charged a resort fee but everything was closed we couldnt go swim no activities open no breakfast no restaurant inside. Our room was very close to where the dumpsters and all u could smell was trash. The beds was horrible to sleep on and everyone got 1 pillow. And the outlets in the room was completely terrible good luck charging any of ur electronics because anything you plug into them just fall out. Overall being super close to old town was about only positive everything else was horrible this hotel has went down hill and owners do not care to keep up with this place at all. Do not stay here go spend extra little bit of cash and go stay at another hotel.

This place apparently has zero dollars in the maintenance budget. Half the lights did not work, the bathroom door was slip in half, the tub I Was peeling. The good thing is that the price is low enough that it is definitely a better option than sleeping in your car.

Despite a great location, this property has not been maintained, leaking pipes everywhere on the exterior of the rooms, no lighting on the pathways and no house keeping despite 24 hours prior notice and request. Stayed for 5 nights and requested for house keeping everyday, only turned up on the 4th day after numerous complaints and the minimum cleaning was done. Save yourself some stress and avoid this hotel, I will not in my lifetime stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel before, but it got worse it seems like. The rooms were terrible, they looked dirty. It smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were stained. I will definitely not stay there ever again. Very disappointed.

This property should be shut down. It has mold growing, busted furniture, smells horrible, and the pools are closed. And Expedia won’t refund our stay even though we didn’t end of staying once we saw the conditions of the rooms

I stayed here before this time our room was at the back room 872 the room was nice and clean but the grass was grown up the trash cans were overflowed with trash, kind of scary at night. There was no one around very disappointing playground was grown up just majorly gone down. The staff at check in was very nice
