We were disappointed in the lack of certain. Things like no refrigerator, no safe, no microwave. Breakfast was great. Room was small and bed was mediocre for a Marriot. Not up to the Marriot standard that I have found in the US

El muchacho en recepción fue amable, pero no es suficiente con una buena intención, instalaciones muy viejas.una sola máquina de hielo para todo el hotel, no hay recipientes para el hielo y no hay hielo, reporte una falla en mi WC y no la atendieron, el hotel no tiene ventilación en sus habitaciones y huele horrible, los baños en el comedor estaban tapados
