We enjoyed the Dolphin large hotel room and the cleanliness of the room. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area is very nice. Plus, the proximity to EPCOT was great with easy boat ride access to that park.

Always like staying here in the Boardwalk area of Walt Disney World. The only bump in our stay was the parking. We had to park across the street at the Swan Reserve due to parking was full at the Dolphin.

Was an alright stay till looked out of our room for over an hour. Food we brought back wasnt even worth eating because got gold. Drink were undrinkable. Had to go to the front desk 4 time before they sent someone to unlock our room.

It was a nice resort, but parking is a nightmare if you have a car. Could not self park due to construction, couldn’t go over to Swan Reserve for breakfast and park without paying $36 in the self park area. The staff was great and accommodating.

First the room was spacious and clean. However upon arrival I requested self parking only to then not be let into the parking. I was informed that the parking was full and I’d need to park at another hotel and carry my luggage throughout the other hotel and walkway connection. Then during my stay the room door kept getting jammed, it essentially had a none functioning lock that wouldn’t let the door close. We would need to keep lowering the handle from the inside for it to finally let the lock not stick out. Although my room location was amazing and close to the elevator and lobby, I couldn’t find no ice machine around. When I called to ask for extra coffee for the room it was impossible to get someone on the phone. I will admit I didn’t call the front desk and try every option

So close to the Boardwalk and Epcot, we walked back to the hotel at the end of our first day. The ferry runs every few minutes to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, so it is quick and easy. We took their bus to Animal Kingdom which was also convenient and clean. We have already booked our next stay for the Christmas celebration at Magic Kingdom.
