Duty manager was brusque to the point of rudeness, no welcome but simply a demand to see my credit card and ID, issued my key with an instruction where to find elevator. He did not explain complimentary coffee/tea available in the communal area. Receptionist in the morning rather more approachable. Room was clean, but rather smaller than expected with a small window looking straight out to a brick wall! An “OK” stay.

Room was nice, had a nice king size bed. AC felt amazing. Shower in the bathroom has some weird pressure. TV had an option for mobile connection but did not work. Free coffee in the lounge area was pretty good. Be prepared for one of the worlds smallest elevators

We stayed at this location to go to Wrigley field. The location was in a good spot, but the hotel it self was small, old, needed updates and it had no amenities. Wall unit air conditioner, could hear full conversation in others rooms and hear everyone walking on our floor and above us.

The stay was a bit deceiving. The room was not as vibrant as the picture. When we first walked in, it smelled musty and needed updates. The shower pressure was minimal. The work out place and parking were offsite. Outside the hotel, there were a few gentleman that were a bit inappropriate. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. The hotel serves our purpose and the location was ideal.

It was a very convenient location for our concert. We also enjoy that it had so many restaurant and bar options just a short block away. The front desk was very helpful with finding us suitable parking. Only downside is if youre a light sleeper, Chicago is busy so we heard some stuff but we just had the AC on so it helped tune those out. Would gladly stay here again
