This was the perfect stay for us in London. Directly next to the Natural History Museum it’s on a quieter side of the city while still convenient to the tube to get to the busier areas of London. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very kind as well.

Lovely room, great bathroom and shower with very nice toiletries. Tasty breakfast. The only suggestion I would make is better lighting somewhere within the room to enable people to put on make up/mascara. I had problems as the lighting was so dim and my eyes are old! I would stay at 54 Queens Gate anytime, loved our stay.

Clean and nicely presented but staff weren’t warm or understanding of simple requests. We asked for an extra pillow to be brought to our room which never arrived. We asked for decaf tea at breakfast to be brought caffeinated tea. Real shame.

Thus is such a great little hotel located right across the street from the Natural History Museum on Queensgate. It feels like home instead of a hotel. The staff is excellent.

Walkable to the Palace and all areas around it. A short subway ride to Paddington for Heathrow or Tower Hill for East End. Lovely, quiet spot. A great respite after a long day of sightseeing. Close to lots of cosy pubs for dinner.

We booked hotel for a girls trip. The hotel is clean and beautiful but most importantly, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely responsive for every need. They made sure we had the best experience at their hotel and London. Special shout out to Mo Hany for helping us resolve a small issue with pedicabs in London. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
