A very nice "modernly" designed hotel, how ever the local neighborhood is a little more care worn... but it is close to the Tube and easy to get to all the sights of London.

Nice quiet hotel. The breakfast was great. Service was friendly and prompt. Neighborhood a bit sketchy. Great if it's light when you come in. After dark is a little uncomfortable.

Great hotel, terrible check in experience
The hotel is great but on arrival the auomated check in is time consuming , you cant skip any steps, its clearly designed to grab data which is private its a really poor slow stystem, that then didnt even work !! Eventually we were sent to check in downstairs with an acual human .....much better . But initially this gave a terrible impression of what is actually a great hotel . Lovely bar, large room, nice staff . Check out was equally badly designed, after leaving the hotel around 09.30 , and dropping key in box marked " quick check out" i was then e mailed to ask if i wanted to use the service . Good hotel, let down by poor processes .
