The location near the terminal is very convenient and the hotel rooms are good but a little cramped. There was an odour in the room and hallway. The air freshener in the room masked it initially but that wore off.

Allow extra time to get to other Terminals
The location sounds great--right there in Terminal 4. However, it's quite a long walk from the Tube--and not all Picadilly line trains stop at Terminal 4, potentially adding to the travel time required. Then in the morning, the options to get to other terminals (in my case Terminal 5) were not great. The public bus is £6.80 (not a bad price), but only runs every half hour, then takes about an hour to get to Terminal 5. It stops at every possible hotel along the way and takes a very circuitous route. I ended up getting there much later than expected and had a stressful check-in experience. The room was not extremely clean. Little bits of dirt here and there in the bathroom, and the shower drained very slowly.

Very good location to walk to from T4, if you arrive at T4 this is perfect. For T2&3 is an easy free train transfer which is also fairly straightforward. We arrived at T5 and had to change trains at T2&3 stop to get the train to T4 which took a bit longer. Arriving at the hotel is just as it looks on the booking photos. A huge complex, and the rooms are comforatble enough with clean bathroom. It was dinner time when I checked-in and obviously didn't want to venture out, so tried the hotel bar/restaurant and it didn't have much choice and food was mediocre as what you expect airport quality and prices. Breakfast came with the booking, and it is not as nice as some review say. Perhaps those who gave it good breakfast reviews had been getting very bad breakfasts elsewhere. So, my opinion is that don't look for 'great' breakfast here, it's ok and enough for you to start your day.
