Getting to the first location to pick up keys was a little difficult to find.
The stairs on this property are outside the building, but covered. We needed four keys to enter the property.
On entering the apartment (unit 9) discovered it was split level. The photos on the website are generic, not the actual layout of the property, although the furniture looked the same. Our apartment had two bedrooms: the downstairs room had the bunk bed and the upstairs room (attic with low ceiling) had three beds.
The upstairs bedroom also had a bathroom! The downstairs bathroom had a separate toilet and shower. One shower was slow draining and flooded the bathroom. I reported this to management who said they only work 9am-5pm.
The kitchen had all the basics but the tin opener didn't work. I reported this, but it was never replaced. One of the mirrors bowed out of its frame. I reported this twice because no one picked it up after my first call. All of these issues could have been dealt with more swiftly if there was onsite management.
There is a Sainsbury's directly underneath the building. There is also a Tesco's nearby. The Shepherd's Bush Markets are right next door to the block.
Access to Goldhawk Road tube station is directly opposite.
I'm not sure how clean the kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, etc were because there were no cleaning items provided. I expected a welcome pack on arrival with dishwashing liquid, a sponge, maybe some tea/coffee, toiletries and washing powder.
