Disliked: Room comfort
Unhappy customer.
Not good, room had no window and barely enough room for me and two suitcases. Notices everywhere to keep bathroom door closed in case steam sets off fire alarms…..the desk staff could not help me with any of my questions about BA flights ie…what time is “twilight check in for BA” only to be asked what is that, they did not know! I am 83 years old and I was not offered any assistance with my luggage, in fact as I struggled they both just stood at the desk until I asked please could someone help me. Asked what time would I like breakfast and I said 7am to be told come down and it will be here in a box. It was adequate but I had no where to eat it and had to go out into airport and find a seat. Totally not the most pleasant of starts to a long trip ahead of me. They would not let me take a trolley to BA which is outside the building and I had to make two trips. I cannot recommend this hotel and its service to anyone. I am sorry to say as a seasoned traveller, the only rime I need to come again is the convenience of it being in the position it is within the airport, but will come prepared to not expect anything but a very clean bed and tea service with only one teabag and not even a glass to take a drink of water.
