Nice little hotel
A friendly welcome. The property was newly decorated and very clean and tidy. The room was small but perfectly adequate and very good value for money. Ideal for Eurostar departure as only a few minutes walk from St Pancras.

I wasn't expecting my room to be on the third floor (fourth floor, by American standards) and the stairs were a challenge. This may have been noted on the website and I may have missed it. However, I was offered help getting my bags up when I arrive and down again on my departure. This situation also encouraged me to get out and walk around. I came downstairs in the morning and didn't return and go up those stairs until I well and truly ready for bed.

Better to Spend More for a Different Hotel
The room feels too small for the price I paid. I was traveling alone, but if I put my suitcase on the floor, there was barely any space to walk. It also didn’t seem like the cleaning was done daily. The hot water worked well, but I kept waking up at night because of coughing sounds from other rooms and the noise from garbage trucks outside

Great location. Very convenient to have a ski shop and ability to purchase ski tickets right in the hotel. All amenities are nice and clean. Hotel is just the right size, not to big not to small. Not ever crowded, just right.

Always my go-to hotel when I'm in London. Convenient location very close to Kings Cross and St. Pancras station. Very clean, they will hold your luggage after you check out so you can explore and the staff have all been fantastic.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from St. Pancras station/Kings Cross underground making it very easy if you have luggage and need/or need to travel elsewhere. It is a busy area in general and found that on the Friday evening that I was there it didn't really quite down until well after midnight so bringing ear plugs wouldn't go amiss. I had a small single room with ensuite which suited my needs for one night. The staff were friendly, although I didn't have any issues that needed attention. I would stay again.

It was convenient to the train station. Staff was pleasant enough. Not comfortable - it’s very cramped, can hear people talking and walking in adjacent areas and rooms. Very noisy.
