I’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints. This time was no exception. I enjoyed the pool, steam and sauna several times. I went all over London by train. The Prince Regent stop is super convenient

Comfy but a little noisy
Room was comfortable but sadly there was building work opposite from 0800 every day (Mon -Thu) which also impacted our safer walk to other side of Excel meaning we had to walk on road.

Had to wait for our room to be cleaned. Pool and Sauna etc are clean and tidy. Food was pretty good but we felt a bit rushed by the waitress. Room was nice, very clean, but the tv didnt work. Beds were a little hard for our liking.

Remote, but safe, clean and friendly
The hotel is pretty far from Central London - takes about 30 min or so on the train have to switch lines from DRL to Jubilee, and there is only one pub near by to eat out, also no grocery stores within walking distance. However, it has several pluses: the train station is connected to the second floor of the hotel, which was very convenient, safe and made up for the hotel being so remote. Another positive was that within couple train stops, there is convenient shopping on Stratford station, where you can purchase groceries if needed. So, if you get a great deal on the hotel price - it is a safe, family friendly and a clean place to stay while visiting London.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel everything is modern and they have thought of all the small details, the heated pool was very pleasant and our room was lovely and spacious, the hotel overall was extremely clean and well kept, no signs of dirt anywhere, the hotel from the outside also looks lovely and colourful and modern, the staff are very accommodating and even provide ice buckets in the rooms which you can ask to be filled at the bar which is a touch we particularly enjoyed, overall we would highly highly recommend this hotel.
