Very small rooms, it was under remodeling and was terrible. The hotel doesn’t have any kind of facilities. Not worth the money. Employees are excellent , super nice.

The room was totally not as those photos on the website. In addition, it is too small, don't think it has 160 sq ft as indicated on the website. and everything in the room is not user friendly at all. I am quite disappointed, looked like I was treated.

Avoid at all costs!!!
The hotel is in a great location, close to 3 train/tube stations. But the rooms are extremely small and lack normal space (Non-existent closet, non-existent sink space. The blow dryer is permanently affixed in the "closet", which make it odd to use adequately). The whole bathroom is the shower floor and the room for two people is tight. The hotel was under construction, which we were not notified of and drilling started every morning including Saturday. The Hotel staff was nice, but inept and did not communicate with each other which caused multiple problems with our stay.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff was very friendly. There was alot of options at breakfast but the hot dishes never changed. Room was on the smaller side but large for London standards. Bathroom was really small less than 2 feet between shower and wall. With toilet stuck in that area. Provided water bottles and fountains to fill. Cookies every day. Tea and coffee in room

Nice hotel but a little tired and worn out
Nice hotel in a good location, service was great, food for dinner was lovely, however the hotel is very tired looking (wall paper pealing, stains in toilet, wardrobe doors a bit loose and not shutting properly, floorboards squeaking and bed creaking). In need of a refurb, which we was told at the end of our stay was happening soon. also an issue around the bathroom window not having any blind which allowed the sunlight int the room from 4am onwards. Bathroom door was glass so didn't stop the light either.
