No TV, no kettle - lumpy bed, gave off a seedy nightclub vibe with fluorescent pink lighting. You could also hear the tube trains underneath until midnight.

Pros: Comfortable bed, soundproof room, convenient location, suitcase storage under the bed, blackout curtains, they plant trees if you don't have your room cleaned, solid wifi, cups provided for water Cons: Extremely loud plumbing when in use, very small sink, only one end table and no other surfaces to place items, AC stopped working multiple times even after the staff reset it, absurd amount of light switches with some seemly having no purpose, a large bunny with no purpose that takes up room in the small space you have, the "rooftop" restaurant is actually just a top floor with lots of windows and overpriced drinks and food I would recommend checking out other hotels in this location.

We had a good stay here, but the aircon kept switching off i did inform the reception and they daid they would get maintenance to have a look, im not sure if they did because the next night it still kept switching off and i had to keep getting up to turn it on so sleep was very interupted, but apart from that everything was good

It is close to everywhere (chinatown, leicester square, metro station). The room is very small, there is no table and chair inside the room.

Good stay for the right traveller
Good stay for the right person - no desk (hard to work), no tv (not a big deal), very small bathroom (good for singles), excellent shower. A/C was a little spotty, but worked well when it worked. Bed a little small for 2 taller/larger people, and pillows pretty hard. No fridge, no safe. Excellent location - basically in Leicester Square, a 45 second walk from the Piccadilly line, few minutes from Trafalgar Square. Single traveler that doesn’t need to work, looking to stay near Soho, etc then go for it!

Not deluxe room, better hotels nearby
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many areas. However not a deluxe room, no coffe/tea making facilities which I’ve never seen anywhere before even at a B&B, no TV and room smelt strongly of rotten cabbage (think drains, bit better if kept bathroom door shut). Would not book again. Better and similar priced hotels in areas.

The property is just steps from the Leicester Square underground making getting around London and other destinations (Wembley Stadium, Oxford) really easy. A short walk gets you to Piccadilly Circus. The hotel is just steps to great restaurants and theatres. The rooftop restaurant had a tasty food and a gorgeous view of the city. The room was air conditioned with a simple layout: a 3-piece bathroom, a bed and a small dresser. It’s all you need if you’re planning on mostly exploring the city and surrounding areas :)

Amazingly central location
The location of this hotel is amazing! It's so central (to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square etc.), which is really what you're paying for. The room was basic (there were no cupboard/drawers, TV or tea/coffee making facilities), but was well-maintained and clean, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. It was great for an overnight stay, but I would have found it too small and cramped for a longer stay. Th AC system was very effective, but noisy (although very welcome in a non-window room). If I was considering another overnight stay in central London, I'd definitely consider this venue again.
