The reception staff gave misinformation concerning the closest rail station having an elevator which it didn’t. This caused stress and danger for older people in our group. No apology was forthcoming and no welcome smiles or care. The staff seemed bored with their job. Not interested in the guests.

No access to make an outside local call. Being an international traveller I had no phone number access on my mobile phone. People at the desk were of no help, so I got fined for my car rental because I couldn't call them.

We entered the hotel the receptionist says I’m and my children are aloud to go in the pool we head downstairs come to the lady and says that where not aloud to go in the pool because unadvertised rules about children .After five minutes of battling with them we go to the manager and there rude to us talking to them .after 25 mins we finally go in

Ok, but I like other nearby hotels better
It is very difficult to drive into! Very convenient to the Haston Cross Tube Station! The vibe of the place is a little different. Very multicultural. It was clean. Food was ok. Don’t forget your key card if you get in the elevator! If you have a choice, choose the Hilton.

I was worried about booking as some reviews weren't great. But, I'm glad I booked. My stay was lovely. I informed them that it was my partners birthday. There was rose petals and a nice cake arrangement made up of towels. It was sweet. Only thing I wouldve liked was a dressing gown but its not the end of the world. The staff were great, especially the lady to checked me in. I would definitely return.

Great location, easy tube access straight into central. Double room, our bed was smaller than a standard double, felt more like a large single, very firm. Room cards stopped working twice over our two night stay (not kept near phone or any other cards). Staff all very helpful, just a basic hotel. Does the job.

Spoke to Karan on the day of check-in who organised an early check-in which was very very welcome for a pair of weary travellers. Between Karan and his manager the service we received was fantastic, they even helped us to the room with our many bags. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you! Hotel is new, clean and has great facilities. Literally across the road from Hatton Cross station which is 2 stops from T5 and 1 stop from T2,3. The pool is very unique, quite relaxing. Lovely little café and the breakfast was very good; fresh and in abundance. We will always use the Atrium on our layovers from now on.

Night staff expect guests to do their job for Them. When you put a sign stating clean my room in the day you expect it to be done when getting back. Bed sheets needed changing and when asked to be change upon arriving back at the hotel the night porter who is assigned the task decided to come and throw the sheets on the bed and then walk out. When speak to day and night manager an apology was given but stated it’s my responsibility to make the beds when it should be cleaners. Avoid this hotel And stick to a branded one you won’t face such issues. 1st time using a non branded and regret this

Reception never attended call I made multiple times on different days during my stay. Breakfast was so average, and services were so poor. Most of things were not there and most of the time we had to remind staff to refill item even early morning time. Bathroom door latch was not property, it was kind of discomfort. Parking is way expensive. Clearnliness was very good, even swimming pool was very nice and clean. Though team room is not functional.

The Atrium Hotel is located right by Heathrow airport. Hotel has recently been renovated and is in good condition. They have a nice pool and gym onsite.

A perfect location for Heathrow airport and good connections into London central right on the doorstep. Clean modern hotel with the bonus of the leisure facilities. Food was also good and staff very friendly and approachable. Great stay!
