Central stay for flying in and sightseeing.
We were on a stay for a few days before traveling to the port to get on a cruise. We wanted a location that was convenient to getting into London as well as visiting other places (Highclere and Windsor) and then getting a transfer to the Dover port. This was perfect! The accommodation was wonderful, service friendly and helpful. We were not disappointed. Staff, restaurant, bar everything perfect!

The room was dirty. Carpet had bits on it and food crumbs. The bathrooom had a foul order. It took over an hour to get a remote for the tv. Apart from that it was a great stay. The breakfast was fantastic!!!!

Tons of amenities!
The hotel is split in half, Crown Plaza on one side, and Holiday Inn on the other. Our room was great! They had all of the amenities you could want (coffee, tea, robe, slippers, etc…), plus they had fresh macarons (on a little plate) in our room with a welcome note. It was a very nice touch.

A price point way below the great quality
Amazing value for money considering the location and quality of the hotel. The walkway and transport network to other terminals is so easy as well this makes sense for an overnight at Heathrow. Food and drink at the restaurants was good and maybe slightly overpriced but normal for airport hotels and as it was good quality so not a problem.
