Dukes London is fabulous! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is classic and Dukes Bar is legendary. They make martinis at your table. Expensive but it’s what you would expect from an iconic spot. rooms are spacious, bathrooms large, turndown service and waters in the room. Can’t say enough about this property and the customer service. Sabrina at the front desk was the most friendly, helpful person ever and got us into the wait-list bar and restaurant and offered great suggestions on how to maximize our time in London. Location is PERFECT to see all the sights.

Private and intimate! This hotel is the tops!
I stayed at the Dukes years ago with my husband. We loved the hotel and we love the location. Everything about the Dukes is outstanding and every way starting with the staff right down to the location and the condition of the rooms and the hotel itself. I would stay here again and again, changing nothing about it. I highly recommend this hotel!! It is very upscale and yet very intimate. Everyone feels important.

Great London location
I've stayed in Dukes before and always found it to be a friendly and comfortable hotel in a superb central location. My only small quibbles are that my room, overlooking the entrance area could be noisy when the bar emptied and secondly, that the lift on that side of the hotel is scruffy with a worn carpet and scuffed woodwork.

Service and friendliness of staff are top notch. They really go out of their way to be helpful and kind. We were sad to only spend one night with them. Easy walk to Buckingham and gardens. Pubs and restaurants were less busy in this area.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Dukes. This is a very English hotel. It is quiet, good service and staff, and very convenient location. Walkable to tube station with good lines, shopping, and major tourist sites. This is our go to hotel whenever we are in London. Don't forget to reserve the a table at the before arriving, especially if you want to try their famous martini.
